What I appreciated most was that Dr Andy never rushed the process. This is the first time I have ever made the effort to leave a review for a dental clinic. I am a British national. I went back to Malaysia to visit my mum and celebrate the Chinese New Year. I found this dental clinic on Google, and based on their 5* reviews, I decided to have a go and pay them a visit as I need a new denture to be made during the Chinese New Year Holidays. The clinic is clean, modern and fully equipped with the latest equipment. On top of that, the staff are extremely polite and helpful. During my first visit, Dr. Teresa was extremely nice, professional, patient and attentive. She had patiently explained the whole treatment to me, and she even assured me that I would get the denture made and fixed before returning to the UK. The lab was closed for a week due to the chinese new year holiday, but I was amazed that they were able to sort it out, even in such a short period of time. I have my teeth clean, refilled and a denture made during my visits to the clinic. Furthermore, I think they are honest, as they only give you their best suggestion based on the treatment that you actually needed. Their prices are extremely competitive, and personally, I think they are cheaper than the other competitors in the same area. I have never liked to visit the dental clinic ever since I was a child, but Dr. Teresa has made my visit as comfortable as possible. She is extremely skillful, and this is the first time ever that I had my denture fixed without any big adjustment. I don't even feel pain when I bite or eat with my new denture. The dental clinic is a little gem in Bandar Sungai Long. The clinic deserved a top 5*rating. I sincerely hope they will get lots of recommendations and their business will thrive as they are excellent at what they are doing. I will definitely pay them another visit when I am back in Kuala Lumpur again.

Dr. Mandy and Dr. Andy were great! Dr. Mandy handled the removal of my damaged crowns and explained everything clearly. Dr. Andy was in charge of my implant treatment, and the whole process was seamless and comfortable—not as scary or risky as people often say.

The environment also really helped me feel calm. You won’t feel nervous here—they even have a TV on the ceiling playing relaxing music. It’s not stressful at all; I almost fell asleep during the treatment.

Highly recommended AM Dental Clinic Sg Long and Dr Andy Ooi. I did the Invisalign and veneers, end to end it took me 8 months to complete both procedures, now I have a nicely aligned white teeth. 😄😍
